Kukka appears in January 2016 as a brand of eyeglass straps. They are created and made by hand in Portugal by Joana Encarnação, who has been wearing glasses since she was two years old. Also as a little girl, Kika, as she likes to be called, used straps for her glasses to help her not lose them. It was when he found one of those old tapes lost in the room that he remembered to create Kukka. Thus giving the name to the exclusive eyeglass straps: As Kukkas! It already has more than 60 models available in various colors, patterns, textures and materials. The Kukka Case appears later on with the idea of not losing the cell phone and of course, creating a connection with the essence of the brand: the straps.
